This is a mini seminar exploring the MIMOOL theme and introducing the audience to the participants in this extensive and exciting project, spanning three cities in three different countries. Speakers include: Professor Bogki Min from Seoul National University, Jens Larsen (author and founder of 'Old Friends Industries'), Janne K. Hansen and Helen Clara Hemsley. Supported by the Danish Arts Foundation and the Embassy of Denmark in South Korea.  

MIMOOL – encompasses the notion that even seemingly insignificant things have meaning in this world, because everything is connected.  

 

15.00 Welcome and introduction by Janne K. Hansen and Helen Clara Hemsley. 

15.20 Jens Larsen – author and founder of ‘Old Friends Industries’ explains quantum physics and Zen and how everything has a consciousness and is connected to each other. 

16.00 BREAK (with tea, coffee and a bite to eat). 

16.30 Professor Bogki Min – jewellery maker and professor at Seoul National University presents the Korean jewellery. Translator: Jeahee Jung (Cass). 

17.00 Janne K. Hansen and Helen Clara Hemsley present the Danish and the Japanese jewellery. 

17.30 DRINKS and snacks.
